Built a Real-Time Van Marketplace That Increased Driver Sign-ups by 75% After Launch

Call A Van needed a platform where customers could see available drivers on a live map and call them directly, while drivers could go online, get verified, and manage their own availability — all backed by a secure, scalable system.

Project Overview

About Call A Van

Call A Van (Callavan.live) is an on-demand platform connecting customers directly with nearby van drivers for house removals, single-item transport, furniture collection, storage moves, small and student moves, and waste or disposal runs. The core idea is simple and immediate: show customers which drivers are live and nearby, and let them call directly — no middleman booking flow required.

Before this engagement, Call A Van needed the entire platform built from the ground up: a marketing and content presence, separate driver and customer experiences, a real-time map of driver availability, a way to verify drivers before they could go live, and a backend that could support all of it reliably.

The Problem

Business Challenges

Solve complex marketplace, live map, and driver verification challenges by hiring expert platform developers.
Why us

Why They Choose Integriti Studio

Webflow + Supabase Integration Expertise

We bridge a no-code frontend and CMS with a fully custom Postgres backend, giving the platform Webflow's speed without losing real backend power.

Two-Sided Marketplace Experience

We design both sides of a marketplace at once, building driver and customer experiences around what each group actually needs.

Security and Trust Built In

Authentication, admin approval workflows, and encrypted sessions are treated as core requirements from day one.

Data Transparency

Engagement and driver activity analytics were built into the platform from the start, giving Call A Van real usage data to work with.

Our Process

Our Process

Step 01

Discovery & Requirements Mapping

We started by understanding both sides of the marketplace — drivers and customers — to define exactly what each experience needed before writing any code.

The Solution

The Solution We Delivered

We built Call A Van as a complete real-time marketplace — Webflow content and CMS, separate driver and customer interfaces, a live availability map, verified driver onboarding, and a Supabase-backed admin and analytics layer.

Webflow Content Pages & Dynamic CMS

Built out the core content pages and dynamic, CMS-driven pages in Webflow, giving Call A Van a flexible foundation for both marketing content and live data.

Driver & User Interfaces

Designed and built separate driver and user interfaces so each side of the marketplace gets an experience suited to what they need to do on the platform.

Live Driver Map

Implemented a real-time map where drivers can go online and view nearby drivers, and users can see nearby available drivers along with their information — directly supporting the platform's core promise.

Driver Authentication & Admin Approval Workflow

Developed a full driver authentication system for login and signup, paired with an admin approval workflow that ensures drivers are reviewed before they can go active on the platform.

Custom Admin Dashboard & Analytics

Built a standalone admin dashboard for managing drivers, handling approvals, and monitoring analytics, including tracking for call button clicks, driver activity, and other engagement metrics.

Supabase Backend Integration

Integrated the entire backend using Supabase, including Edge Functions for business logic and APIs, working alongside the Webflow CMS to keep content, data, and functionality in sync.
