Check My Ride is a vehicle inspection platform that simplifies the used car inspection process for buyers purchasing vehicles remotely or locally. The platform enables customers to book a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, connect with qualified mechanics, and receive detailed vehicle inspection reports before completing their purchase.
To replace manual coordination, Integriti Studio built a fully automated vehicle inspection platform that manages every stage of the inspection lifecycle. Customers can book inspections online, inspections are assigned to certified mechanics through an intelligent matching system, reports pass through a structured quality review, and secure payments are processed automatically after approval.
The result is a faster, more reliable vehicle inspection service that improves the experience for customers, mechanics, and administrators.

Platform Architecture & Workflow Design
We mapped the complete vehicle inspection workflow before development, designing how customers, mechanics, QA reviewers, and administrators would interact throughout the platform. This created a scalable foundation that automated every stage of the inspection lifecycle while keeping operations organized and easy to manage.

We designed and developed a fully automated inspection platform that manages every step of the customer journey, from submitting an inspection request to automatically paying the assigned mechanic after report approval.
Customer booking and secure payments
Customers can request a vehicle inspection through an intuitive online booking flow, complete the inspection questionnaire, and securely authorize payment using Stripe. Funds are only captured once the inspection has been reviewed, approved, and delivered, creating trust for both buyers and sellers.
Intelligent mechanic assignment
We built a three-stage matching engine that automatically evaluates every inspection request before assigning it to the most suitable mechanic. This eliminates manual scheduling, reduces administrative effort, and ensures inspections are routed to qualified professionals based on predefined matching criteria.
Digital inspection workflow
Once assigned, mechanics receive their inspection request through a dedicated portal and complete the inspection using a custom digital inspection form. Every report is submitted directly into the platform, removing paperwork and giving administrators full visibility into inspection progress.
Built-in quality assurance
Before customers receive their reports, every inspection passes through a structured QA and admin review workflow. Reports can be reviewed, edited, approved, or returned for revisions, ensuring every inspection meets quality standards before delivery.
Automated report delivery and payouts
After approval, the platform automatically completes the remaining operational tasks without manual intervention. The approved inspection report is delivered to the customer, the authorized Stripe payment is captured, and the assigned mechanic receives payment automatically through Stripe Connect Express.
Centralized operations dashboard
To manage the entire business, we developed a comprehensive administration dashboard that gives complete visibility across every inspection. Administrators can manage customers, mechanics, QA reviewers, inspections, approvals, assignments, payments, and operational workflows from a single interface.
